Buying a Home is a Major Decision…
Not only is it a substantial purchase, it’s where you will live. You want to make sure everything is right. I can help you with that.
I know that purchasing a home is one of the biggest and most stressful choices that you’ll make in your lifetime. With this in mind, I take great care to note every detail during the inspection process.
If you are listing your home on the market and would like to have its condition assessed beforehand, Inspector Bill is here to help.
The city or parish inspectors often don’t catch everything, but I’ve been trained to have a keen eye for anything that could compromise a new home’s lifetime or safety.
Hazards and the inability to access a roof with a ladder may prevent other inspectors from being able to inspect the property roof. I am an FAA licensed drone pilot and use drones to safely offer a birds-eye-view of the roof and potential defects.
Certified Professional Home Inspector
I’m originally from Baton Rouge, graduated from LSU, and I’ve spent substantially all my life as a resident of Louisiana. A retired general contractor, I have four children and eight grandchildren. Two of my daughters are teachers here in the Baton Rouge area. My oldest grandson is a third year dental student at LSU Dental School in New Orleans.
I have extensive construction experience, and enjoy helping people with their home purchase. I learned a long time ago that when a woman is buying a house, there’s no such thing as a minor detail — everything is important!
I speak your language and let you know the most important items I find.
I inspect your home as if it were my own.
I deliver exceptional value for reasonable prices.
Ask anything. Before, during, and after the inspection.
Experience is the greatest teacher. I use mine so you can learn about your home.
